We are working with ECCO’s Vibrant Communities & Impact Capital, Eastern Washington University, Spokane Community Colleges and the City of Spokane’s Neighborhood Business Center’s Economic Development to develop solid business plans and to create a unique streetscape and walkable streets based on the Main Street model.
